This page describes, plainly and specifically, what this website actually does with information you provide. It does not cover anything beyond what is described below — there is nothing else going on.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We don't collect anything else through the form, and we don't collect any information anywhere else on the site — there is no account creation, no newsletter signup, and no other data-entry point.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are sent, via the Resend email delivery service, directly to Compass Fence so we can respond to your inquiry and schedule a free estimate. We do not store submissions in a database — the form relays the message and nothing is retained on our servers afterward. We do not use your information for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party except Resend, solely as the mechanism that delivers your message to our inbox.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative that helps block automated spam submissions. Turnstile runs a small amount of code in your browser and may set a cookie or examine browser/device signals as part of determining whether a visitor is human, in the same way this type of bot-detection service generally works. This happens only on the contact page, and is Cloudflare's process, not something Compass Fence controls or receives data from beyond a pass/fail result. Analytics and tracking
This site does not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising trackers). If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.
